So I know I am very far behind on blogging…. The next few posts will be dated back accordingly so that they fall in line correctly. I really wanted to get these posts up and published, but you know, well, life happens….
There are no words to convey just how thankful I am for my husband. My children are so blessed to have him in their lives. When I found myself a single mom years ago, I had no idea the plans God had in store for me and my little ones. You are an amazing man, father, and husband. We are forever grateful that you are “OURS”

Caity was supposed to have had a picnic today but it rained so that was cancelled. She was so bummed. But the parents were able to have lunch with their children in the classroom and afterwards we went into the gym for some play time.
I can’t believe this was the wrapping up of 2nd grade. Next year she is off to 3rd grade! Wow! Time is flying and my babies are growing up! And guess what..I don’t think I like it too much!!
For teacher gifts we made homemade chocolate chip cookies and put them in these pretty little boxes!!

Hula Hooping!
Today was my little man’s 4th grade picnic. He had lunch with friends then played football with his friends. I just mostly hung out. He doesn’t seem to privy having his picture taken as much as he used to.
I just can not seem to wrap my mind around the fact that he is leaving 4th grade and going to 5th. He has one more year of elementary school and he is off to middle school. I am not ready for this. He is not ready for this. Wasn’t he JUST a brand new crying, pink, squirmy baby boy. Sigh….
A few days late…
So we had an awesome weekend. Went to hang out with an old co-worker/ friend of my hubby’s and his wife Laurie and their three kiddos! Lots of food. Some wine. A camp fire after dark! The kids all had so much fun. Especially my little girl.You see she is surrounded by boys in our neighborhood, and these friends have an 8 year old daughter! She was in her glory!
